Description

Coach calls out instruction for player to perform between the blue lines. Them do each skill for 30-40 seconds
- 3/4 speed between the blue lines.
- Two foot hop on the blue lines.
- Down on left knee on the blue lines.
- Down on right knee on the blue lines.
- Down on two knee's on the blue lines.
- Right leg knee lift at blue lines.
- Left leg knee lift at blue lines.
- Super man dive at blue lines.
- 360's at blue line.
- Backwards between blue lines.
- Full speed between the blue lines.
