Divide up kids equally among 4 nets. Put one puck in a line for each kid, line the pucks up in front of kids on blue line. On the whistle, the first skater rounds the cones and shoots on the net until they score. Once they score, they go back to their line and tag their next teammate. This is a rink wide relay race. Losing 3 teams do 5 push ups. Stress puck control and edge work around the cones, while speed is important to win. Do as many rounds as time allows.
