Purpose: F1 to develop shadow and D support technique for D1, don't care about open man at top, stay with D1 while D2 protects front of the net

D1 and X1 skate to top of circle and cut back while coach spots a puck for x1

D1 plays the body (using good puck side position (don't get on wrong side of the puck)
F1 supports D1 and waits for opportunity to get the puck (don't battle find the puck)

If puck go past half way hashmarks then F1 plays body / battle while D1 supports (in Game F2 would support)

If puck goes from X1 to X2 at top then F1 engages up to X2 to block shot / add pressure (D1 and D2 Protect the house , F1 doesn't get to high
