players start behind the net. 1 coach starts in the circle the other near center ice on the opposite side the player then skates with the puck making a pass to the coach in the circle as soon as they clear the net they then race around and out of the corner recieveing a pass back from the coach they then skate toward the red line and make a pass to the coach on the farside as they double back toward the net. as they do the coach then passes the puck back and the player go in to shoot on the net
