- To start group 1 and 2 leave their corner at same time and recieve pass from opposite corner
- They then break down ice to shoot or deke, get in line so you catch the pass on the oppostite side next time
- Group 3 and 4 then do the same pattern recieving passes from opposite corner and excecute a good chance on net
