First player in each line starts on one knee. The coach shoots the puck across the ice. When the puck hits the boards, the players get up and skate for the puck. Players play 1 on 1 full ice until someone scores. Coach fires a puck across again and the next two players go. You can have many 1 on 1's going at the same time.
