On Whistle every position has a role that they run through 3x
-Red D: Skate up to puck, pivot bwd to goal line, pass to RW on hash marks.
-C: Skate hard to the corner and back to face off dot
-RW: Skate hard to wall and receive pass from D. Take a step and chip puck out of zone.
-LW: Skate hard from slot to top of zone as if to receive chip pass out of zone.
- Black: Pinch on RW and back. Passive on the first 2x then try to keep puck in on #3 try.

Notes: Red D: Pivot to middle with feet facing wall.
C: Slight bump in corner as if to hit.
RW: Receive good pass and be aware of pinchig D. Head on a swivel.
LW: 2 Hands on stick. Feet facing puck.
Black D: Go through motions on attempt 1 annd 2. Full pinch on #3. Try to keep puck in. 1 vs. 4. Don't leave too early and cheat.
