This drill works on stick handling , shooting and passing all at a high pace.

Set up as shown, on whistle O1 takes off with a puck and approaches the far ned in a fashion the he can take a back handed shot.

Once the shot has been taken X1 steps out from behind the net setting himself up to receive a pass. O1 then goes to the corner where all the pucks are piled up and again back hands a pass across ice to X1 who skates to the far net from him and does the same.

Notes: All shots and passes are back hand, keep pace high. Goalie must be alert as at anytime the coach can blow his whistle and what ever player has a puck and takes a shot trying to catch the goalie off guard.
