Position forwards in order that the centre and left winger are paired with the right winger from the same line.
Centre passes to D1.
After pass C1, LW1, RW1, D3 and D4 skate as illustrated.
D1 passes to D2 and both skate as illustrated.
D2 makes a pass to either of C1, LW1 or RW1.
C1, LW1 , RW1, D2 and D1 execute a 5 on 2 with D4 and D3 defending.

Forwards return to their lines.
D5 and D6 take the place of D1 and D2.
D1 and D2 take the place of D3 and D4.
D3 and D4 take the place of D5 and D6.
