Tug-A-War teach balance, edge control and lower body power.

Try to partner with someone of the same ability and stature. Each group has one hockey stick which is held parallel to the ice. On start players attempt to pull other over the line. Rest. Repeat best three of 5. Players should work on this drill facing both directions.
