-X1 starts skating a figure eight around the cones.
-Continues past the BL and circles back.
-Takes a slap shot from just inside the blue line.
-Continues skating and receives a pass from the coach.
-One time shot on the net.

Notes: -This drill must be done at full speed.
-Skates need to be constantly moving.
-Shots must be quick.

-Drill will be done on both sides of the ice.
-Add a pass to the coach in the middle of the figure eight as a variation.
