1. 3 forwards and 4 defensemen line up in the
neutral zone, as shown
2. Coach dumps the puck into one end for a
5-man breakout
3. After the puck crosses the center line,
forwards dump it into the other end and
execute another breakout
4. After second breakout, players attack 5 on
2 against the first set of defensemen

Notes: Option: As players improve, add 1 or 2
forecheckers to give resistance
