F1 and F2 go 2 on 1 with D1. After a chance, coach blows whistle and D1 retrieves puck from behind net and sends quick up pass to either F3 or F4 to start the rush the other way. D2 slides down to defend the 2 on 1 , and two new forwards slide down the boards to become new F1 and F2. Drill is continuous and repeats back and forth
