- Players start at the corners of each Blueline
- Diagonal opposites start at the same time on whistle
-First players skate towards the opposite boards and get a pass from the first players in line...they then touch pass it back to that player
- the player continues to skate around the NZ and gets a pass from the next line of players-

The player carrys the puck and then give a pass to his original line and recieves a touch pass back
- he then drives the net for a shot.
