Split into two even teams and line up on the outside of the blue line. On coaches whistle players skate around the circles, back out around pylon and as the coach dumps puck on goalies, players play 3 on 3 until one side scores or 30 seconds is up. Have players do something different each time going around the circles, ie fwds, bwds, pivots

Notes: Make sure the players are focusing on getting open.
