Triangle Game
X1 cannot leave their side of the middle circle and must pass to the other X players. The other X player cannot go past the hash Marks or behind the net. Have one puck in play & have one team of three start with the puck and try to pass the puck around to the other players on their team. The team without the puck has same position rule and must try to intercept the pass and then use there team for passes. After at least three good passes the team can try to score on the goal

Regroup Add-a-man
1) X12 and 012 start 1 v 1
2) Coach starts by putting puck in play.
3) Players can't go behind their offensive net.
3) X12 can add a man by making a pass to the first team mate in line, X11. X11 must complete pass to X12 who is behind his net to join game. Same rules apply to O's.
