On the whistle both players start with a puck on the goal line and race through the pylons. At the last pylon they do a complete 360 around the pylon and when they come out of the 360 the pass to the coach on their side. They explode to the red line, stop and sprint to the middle for a puck against the player on the other side and go in on a breakaway.

Notes: Progression - Instead of tight turns go to an open pivot around the pylons.
