X skates forwards O skates backwards exchanging one touch short passes. Last pass is made from first faceoff dot, O continues skating backwards with the puck to the pylon at redline, transitions to forward skating and passes to X and drives the net for a rebound. When X makes last pass from face off dot, he skates to pylon on near side of redline, transitions to backwards and opens up for a pass. After receiving the pass he goes hard to the net for a shot from the high slot and follows his shot to the net. He then becomes the new 'O'. Drill runs continuous on both ends of the ice, After circuit is complete 5 times by each player, move to the other side of the ice and repeat.
