F Carries the puck around both pylons and drives to the net. D leaves when forward passes first cone and must go between the pylons and then skate backwards, keeps tight gap and contains forward to the outside. Forward must drive to the outside and can try to shoot or wrap around. After shot, D picks up puck from below the goal line and passes to forward at hash mark (breakout position.) Drill is continuous.
