F1 has puck and along with F2 crosses thru middle and drops puck to F3 who is crossing. They play 3 v 1 down the ice and play it out. On whistle, coach passes puck to a forward and the 3 F and defending D play 4 v 2 back down ice vs 2 D that stepped out and are waiting to play against the rush.
