One Corner high and one low in each end
Hi skates to far blue line and skates through pylons and then back towards starting end and drives the net looking for rebound and switches sides. Low skates to closest set of pylons stickhandling through them shoots through pipe and drives the net for the rebound.

Girls go on whistle.
