Seyt up the drill using 1 line and 6 D. Drill starts by coach passing to the D in the neutral zone and the FWD's applying pressure. D can pass to the other D or attempt an escape turn. The forwards are trying to force a turnover and the D are trying to move the puck back up to the coaches on the wall. After the turnover has been created in the neutral zone, the player that has the puck will dump it into the zone and FORECHECK the D who are trying to move the puck out. If the D are successful, the FWD's leave and reenter the zone to try and get the puck. Should the forwards gain possession, they will have an opportunity to score. The group of forwards once again come back into the neutral zone and FORECHECK the D to create a turnover. Once the puck is turned over, the player dumps the puck into the other end and attempt to get possession to score.
