Face off zone: encourage proper face off position and complete face-off pass to selected defenseman.

Offensive zone puck cycle with goalie in net. Cycle puck in front of net and encourage players to use open ice to create puck movement in order to get shot on net and maintain player in front of net for rebounds. Players will cycle during this drill changing the front of net player.

Neutral zone puck carry and make a move to beat the coach, then transition with puck to carry backwards to start point.
