Passing drill 1:
X1 passes to X2 and follows his pass
X2 to X3 - follow pass
X3 to X4 - follow pass
X4 skates around top of circle and drives hard to slot for shot then lines up at X1 position
Passing drill 2:
X5 does give and go with both coaches
After 2nd pass player moves into slot for a shot (make sure they get into a good shooting position
Puck Control:
stationary puck handling
figure 8s around pylons or other pucks
add movement with puck around pylons / pucks
Shooting drill 1:
Stationary shooting against boards
Shooting drill 2:
Give and go with coach
Coaches can move and have player react to get into good shooting position, follow shot for rebound.
