Drill starts with F1 skating w/ puck around circle, takes shot on net and sets screen for F2.

As F1 is shooting, F2 skates opposite circle, takes shot and sets up off post for possible rebound.

As F2 is shooting, F3 skates same circle F1 did. Takes shot and sets up off for screen for D1.

D1 walks the blue line to take shot from optimum middle of the ice position with 3 forwards in front of net.

As D1 shoots, D2 walks blue line from opposite side towards middle of the ice for a shot, again with 3 forwards parked in front of the net.
