Station 1: 5 man breakout to 3 on 2
- 1/2 ice
- have player bringing the puck in drive the zone wide
- head up, accurate hard passes
Station 2: Fore check
- 3 forwards, 1 D
- puck gets dumped into a corner where coach pins it on the boards
- F1 goes in hard on forecheck & takes the body (coach has football blocking pad)
- F2 comes in high in support
- F3 drives the net
- D1 plays the drill as 2nd dman in front of the net
- F1 picks up the puck and makes play to either F2 or F3 while D1 defends

Notes: Coach can mix things up by keeping F1 in the corner so that F2 has to come in to support the forecheck
