Simple drill starting out of both ends. Players skates around pylons at game speed. Comes out of the pylons and makes a pass to the coach. Coach makes a return pass to the player and then the other coach provides light pressure to make the player go wide and cut to the net for a shot.

Notes: Progressions - Send two guys at once. First player carries a puck and second player doesn't. Second player does a 360 around the last pylon and then drives the middle lane to the net for a pass with the player going wide.

Next progression - Player goes wide, delays and cycles to 2nd player, goes to net and gets a return pass.
