Drill starts with F1 making a cross-ice pass to F2. Fi and F2 both skate up the ice together. When F2 hits the blue line, he passes to F3 against the boards. Both F1 and F2 swing down low and head back up ice. F3 makes pass to either F1 or F2, then they go down the ice 2 on 1.

While the forwards are swinging down-low, a Defenseman steps into the play, closes the gap, and plays the 2 on 1.
