DRILL 1 (Right Side)

Coach calls Bump NET from goalie and takes net. F1 comes back into zone through middle of ice. Once bump is called, he recognizes where Coach2 is standing and pushes up into him. As Coach1 takes net, F1 clears Coach2's stick to create separation and comes back to puck receiving the outlet pass. He then gets off wall and takes middle ice.

DRILL 2 (Left Side)

As Coach1 goes back for retrieval, F4 and F7 come back into zone. Coach1 will yell Bump NET or Bump WALL. If call is Bump WALL, F4 will find Coach2, push up into him, then come back to puck to receive outlet pass. F7 will immediately slash through zone, coming above the puck. Once F4 receives pass he must get off wall to middle of ice and skate out of the zone
