LEFT SIDE- BUMP NET
D1 on retrieval. D2 calls BUMP NET. D1 gets toes pointing to wall and bumps puck to net. D2 retrieves bump, gets puck to hip, eyes up and takes net. F1 pushes up to blue line then comes back to puck and receives pass. He then gets off wall and skates out of zone.

RIGHT SIDE- BUMP WALL
D3 on retrieval. D4 calls BUMP WALL. D3 gets toes pointing to net and bumps to wall. D4 retrieves bump, gets puck to hip/eyes up. F2 pushes to blue line and comes back to puck to receive pass. He then gets off wall and skates out of the zone.
