D starts inside blueline skates forward to bottom of the circle stops and retreats backwards. As D is moving backwards coach passes him a puck. D moves up ice and passes puck quickly to the forward.

D repeats the same pattern and makes a pass to the F on the other side.

Same thing is happening on both ends.

Each D makes 2 passes. On second pass D follows play up ice.

Notes: You can have a coach pass a puck to D for a 3rd shot.
