For 1 on 1's, Defensive players must play without sticks focusing on the body, and angling properly so as to eliminate poor body positioning
Forwards must use head up and protect puck

In other end work 1/2 group on PP/PK drills
PP work on patience, give and go's setting up on side boards to get the shot up to the point through traffic
As for PK, 3 man, triangle, hingingparnter, only man closest to puck attacks, then retreats, regardless of position.
