On whistle 4 players from the front of each line carry puck around cones and get shot on goal.
Left side always goes long (around far cones)
Right side always goes short (around near cones)
Switch lines each time.
Next whistle, next 4 players go.

Notes: Stop in front of net for 1 quick rebound.
