Three players begin on whistle.
X1 skates into centre ring before turning back toward coach. BLACK
X2 skates the "S". BLUE
X3 skates the near ring. GREEN
Coach passes to one of the three for 3 vs 0 attack.
After rush, form new lines in opposite end.

Progressions:
1. Second 3 vs 0...All three return, two after passing, the third after shooting. (In the diagram, X2 returns for a second pass from the coach after passing to X1. X1 returns after passing to X3, and X3 returns after shooting.This simulates a turnover while backchecking.)
2. 3 vs 0, 2 vs 1...Like 1. above except the shooter becomes a defenceman.
3. 3 vs 0, 2 vs 1 with Forechecker...Like 1. above except second passer( X1 in this case) forechecks. Shooter must move to support puckcarrier.
4. 3 vs 2...D's start on whistle, close gap and transition to play the rush.
5. To 4. Add regroups with D's and original Coach before attacking.
