Players line up with a puck and proceed through the pylons, doing a figure eight with each pair, then proceeding to the next two pairs of pylons. NOTE: ALWAYS HAVE PLAYER START BY GOING ABOVE THE FIRST PYLON. Once they go through the pylons, have them go around the pylon in the middle of the zone, proceeding to take a shot on net.
