Players start along side the net. Player skates behind the net and pick ups a puck and passes to the coach. Players continue up the ice and the coach passes the puck back to the players. Player circles around the cone and shots on net. After each player has went a couple time switch sides.

Notes: Once player reaches the puck have them stop and focus on making a good pass.
