Forwards line up as shown.
F1 (Torpedo) to pressure the puck as fast as possible - not necessary to get the puck but make puck carrier make a faster decision to give up the puck.
If F1 does get the puck great!
F2 & F3 (Interceptors) are to read the puck carrier route and "hunt" around ringette line/top of the circle - waiting to pounce on puck over receiver.
If they see F1 cause a turnover or tie up - they are to read it and join F1 to "out man" the puck carrier and gain possession on the puck.

Defensive line - D1, RW, C, LW (depends on how many you have) is to breakout the puck out of the zone. They are not allowed to dump it out - must skate or break it out.
