To start the drill - O & X leave without a puck. Skate up ice, around dot and "under" the puck (under the pylon), *** TIMING*** X walks blueline, around dot and heads up ice looking to give a pass to player coming under the puck with speed. After making the pass X becomes the speed under the puck - skates under pylon O steps out with puck and feeds X with speed.

When player receives pass - drives wide around pylon and net drive - players chooses to shoot, deke, etc...

Run from both sides.
