Description

- Stationary: 1 hand only (top hand controls)
- Stationary: 2 hands (bottom hand add control and speed)
- Stationary: 2 hands with weight shift (bob or slide)
- Skating: 2 hands using only C cuts to move forward
- Stationary: 2 hands with head up
- Stationary: 2 hands move puck as far wide as possible on each side (start slow and increase speed)
- Skating: 3 stick handles on left side then move to right side and stick handle 3 times. (Do stationary then move to skating forward, then forward on 1 foot)
- Skating (slalom): 3 crossovers to the left then 3 crossovers to the right, repeat. First do controlling puck and then progress to more rapid stick handles.
- Skating (slalom backwards): 3 crossovers to the left then 3 crossovers to the right, repeat. Just drag puck for control - if crossover to the left, drag puck on right side. Drag on left side for right cross overs.
