Start w/ face off - play 3 on 3. Who even gains possession after faceoff is on O and others are on D. On turn over, must clear zone and make pass to Coach at center ice - receive it back and attack.

Offense: Keep the candy - good puck protection, move your feet to open ice, heads up hockey, have a good scoring opportunity take it...

Defense: MAN on MAN defense, skate like your season depends on it, always one man back. Always skating to be on D side of the puck - taking no risks unless necessary...
