Race for the puck: Players race around pylons for the puck, shoot on goal and defend. (emphasize player without the puck becomes the defender.)

Circle Battle: Players try to push the other player out of the circle. (emphasize staying low and on your feet.) Players waiting are stickhandling in tight.

Face Offs: offensive and defensive positions. Work on where to be when draws are won and lost.
