X1 passes to X2 and skates hard around circle, at the same time X3 leaves and skates hard around his circle. X1 gets return pass from X2 and then passes to X3 to simulate a breakout pass. As X3 skates down the ice and shoots on far goalie, X1 skates around centre circle and receives pass from coach and skates back and shoots on goalie. After X2 passes to X1 he skates to front of net a gets one time pass from coach, X4 gets one time pass from coach at other end before X3 makes his way down the ice.

Notes: X4 becomes X1, X1 becomes X2, X2 becomes X3 and X3 becomes X4.
