This is a Relay Race. Opposing teams in each corner. On whistle, first player in each corner starts full speed to far pylon, pivots facing the boards, backwards skating to near pylon, stops and skates forward to far pylon, pivots and skates backwards to blue line then pivots again and skates forward to goal line. Next player starts only once the incoming player has crossed the goal line. Loosing team does quick stop and go.
