Fs and D will begin in NZ. Coach will have puck and dump puck in. Fs and D are on retrieval and will breakout 5 v 0 and must play through coaches who are in NZ.

Puck carrier must gain red and and place puck into zone.

Os are skating in a circle. Once the first X touches puck, Os are activated and it is 5 v 5 in zone.
