Line up as shown. Take your time and do this drill properly and the speed will come later.

Pick up a puck and skate back around 1st cone and come to a stop, stick handle standing in place until coach blows whistle then move to your right going between the 1st & 2nd cone.

Continue until last cone where you take off and go around the cone and back to take a shot, after taking shot sprint to get back in line.
