- All 8 skaters go on whistle and skate in a clockwise direction around the cones for approx 20 seconds.
- On second whistle all four X skaters skate to closest end to where they started and all four O skaters skate to their end.
- All skaters skate the triangle pattern for 20 more seconds.
- Next whistle starts the next shift of 8 skaters and ends the first shift.
