Set upas shown, coach dumps the puck in the corner and the 2 players battle for procession without checking.

When a player has procession they must keep it close to the boards and touch the goal line then try to get the puck to the net to score.

The other player must try to take the puck away again without checking, if they do get procession they must take the puck back to the goal line before trying to take it to the net to score.
