Simple high paced procession drill.

On coaches whistle both players take off as fast as they can going down and around the tires.

Both players must stay between the end boards and the goal line, the player without the puck must try to take the puck away from the player with the puck and the player with the puck does everything possible to keep the puck.

Once procession has exchanged or the player has been able to keep the puck the coach will blow his whistle and drill is over and next 2 skaters start.

THIS IS HIGH PACED SO PLAYERS IN LINE MUST BE WATCHING AND PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS DRILL ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
