Set up two lines with different colored jerseys. e.g one black line and one colored line.
Coach dumps in puck and calls for a certain number of players from each line to enter zone
Team first to puck is offense.
If other team gains possession then they have to pass back to Coach (D men) before they can try to score.
Rotate after a couple minutes
