Forwards and defence start in different sides of faceoff circle;
1) On whistle they skate to middle circle and continue going around
2) On second whistle, coach dumps puck in corner and all players chase.
3) Forwards forecheck and communicate who's F1, F2, F3 with proper positioning. Defence, one player to puck and other in front protecting house.
